Thank you so much for supporting my work! Every print you order is made-to-order with care, and I want you to have the best experience possible. Below are answers to common questions about shipping and returns.

Where do the prints ship from?
All prints are produced and shipped from Toronto, Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Prints are made-to-order and usually ship within 7–10 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

  • Toronto (Local Delivery): once your print is ready, we’ll arrange a delivery time directly

  • Canada (outside Toronto): 3–7 business days after shipping

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days after shipping

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! I offer local delivery in the Downtown Core, East, West, and up to Midtown (Eglinton). Once your print is ready, I’ll contact you to arrange a time — deliveries are usually on weekday evenings or weekends.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because each print is made-to-order, all sales are final. I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizes, or delays beyond my control.

What if my print arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and I’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
I can’t control postal delays or lost packages once shipped, but if you experience an issue, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help resolve it.
